Rely Workforce Group is committed to placing top talent with respectable clients and are currently seeking reliable 2nd shift Picker/Packer's for a client in the South Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of experience within the past 1 years. Candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background and drug screen. Reliable transportation is a must have.

 

Summary: This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently select and pack merchandise in boxes maintaining the integrity of the merchandise.

 

Shift:

3:00pm- 12:30am

 

Pay Rate:

$13.50 an hour

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Pick merchandise with a color lighted panel or rf scanner.

• Pack merchandise by creating and printing labels and sealing boxes

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Other Skills and Abilities:

Able to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Able to work overtime as needed.

Basic math skills.

Ability to operate a hand jack.

RF experience preferred.

Attention to detail.

Independent worker.

Ability to work in multiple work areas and departments as needed.
